Turbans are great for multiple reasons. Whether you simply just don’t want to do your hair, you’re busy with the kids and want it out of reach, or when you’re on a boat and don’t want your hair blowing in your face. You can wear a neutral color or add a pop of color, either way function can meet fashion.

Floppy and Striped

Floppy wide brim hats are stylish to the extreme. Featuring a wide brim, they leave a sense of mystery hiding underneath the hat. You can adjust the brim to easily see out or hide your wandering eyes. The wide brim will also give you extra sun protection and the stripes are right on-trend!

The Cowboy Hat

The Baker Boy Cap

The Baker Boy cap (as worn by Robert Redford in the original 1974 version of the The Great Gatsby) is similar to the ivy cap in shape but with a rounder, fuller body – occasionally called a newsboy cap. During the summer, if you’re looking to stay cool, make sure your cap is made out of cotton or linen, not wool. This style of hat has been spotted on studly celebrities, like David Beckham, Jon Hamm and Ne-Yo.

The Baseball Cap

Baseball caps are a classic. Whether you’re throwing the ball around or just kickin’ back with friends, it keeps the sun out of your eyes and makes you look fresh, cool and laid back. Representing your hometown team is always a solid option, as is a plain color. But the more advanced you are in the fashion arena, the more likely you will try mixing up your wardrobe with some prints on your ball cap.
